Catalyst. The Catalyst Trust was set up in 1998 to “promote new, practical policies directed to the redistribution of power, wealth and opportunity. Catalyst is not aligned to any political party, but we are an organisation of the left, of democratic socialists, with a clear statement of purpose." Local Government Ombudsman. Dealing with your local council ? If the councillors and officers will not or cannot help, try the Ombudsman. Web site www.lgo.org.uk

Operation Black Vote.
