Training and education Africa Courses in human rights field. Two courses are offered by Human Rights Education Associates (HREA) for journalists and others, in a distance-learning pilot project. The courses have financial support from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Constitutional Legal Policy Institute.
